The Portable Workstation ...under construction again

Two weeks ago I collected the base (that stands on on four wheels) from the storage location and re-commenced work on it; using only 1 screw driver, a bread knife and scissors. The resources are scraps dumped on construction sites for throw away and the duck tape and electrical ties are supplies on demand - that are not always offered...
